(Molly Bruns, Headline USA) Recently released court documents revealed that George Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose, not from asphyxiation as the court ruled in former police officer Derek Chauvin’s case.

Despite knowing that Floyd wasn’t strangled to death, prosecutors still treated Chauvin as an alleged murderer, according to Revolver News.
A new court case in Hennepin County, Minnesota—launched by County Prosecutor Amy Sweasy—revealed a statement from the coroner who performed the autopsy on Floyd.
“There were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck,” said Sweasy in a statement referencing a conversation with the coroner. “There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.”
The official coroner’s report acknowledged that Floyd died of an overdose of fentanyl and other illegal narcotics.
The documents also revealed “extreme pressure” put on prosecutors to give Chauvin a guilty verdict.
The depositions from the case were made public after Sweasy filed a completely separate lawsuit against former County Attorney Mike Freeman.
Sweasy claimed that Freeman discriminated against women in the workplace; the documents were made public as evidence.
“[The coroner] said to me, ‘Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on,’” Sweasy said in her deposition. “And then he said, ‘This is the kind of case that ends careers.’”
Despite this breaking news, Chauvin remains in prison to serve the remainder of his 40-year sentence.
Chauvin took measures to appeal his conviction with the Supreme Court; the Court gave no response.

Ellison detailed the relationship between Black Lives Matter and the Democratic party.
“You see how they use the same tactics as Iran,” Ellison explained. “Iran has Hezbollah and Hamas as their militias. The Democrat Party uses BLM and Antifa as theirs… even at the beginning they used the Ku Klux Klan for their military reign.”
